Core services: Planning, directing and coordinating the selling, buying, leasing and governance activities of commercial, industrial, or residential real estate properties. The Property and Community Associations Manager:
- Confers regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met
- Determines and certifies the eligibility of prospective tenants, in accordance with government regulations
- Directly collects monthly assessments, rental fees and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes and incurred operating expenses
- Routinely inspects grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance
- Manages and oversees operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties
- Plans, schedules and coordinates general maintenance, major repairs and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties
- Meets with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, determine priorities, and discuss the financial and operational status of properties
- Maintains contact with insurance carriers, fire and police departments, and other agencies to ensure protection and compliance with codes and regulations
- Meets with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas
- Field Technician – Security System Installer

Core services: Installing, programming, maintaining and repairing security sensors, cameras, GPS devices and wireless equipment. The Field Technician – Security System Installer:
- Consults with clients to assess risks and determine security requirements
- Inspects installation sites and studies work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine requirements and installation procedures
- Tests batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and security features in order to ensure proper functioning and to diagnose malfunctions
- Bookkeeper

Core services: Maintaining all daily financial transactions and receipts. The Bookkeeper:
- Verifies, allocates and posts details of business transactions, including sales slips, invoices, receipts and check stubs to subsidiary accounts using a hosted QuickBooks computer-based application
- Details, reconciles, balances and summarizes, accounts
- Compiles reports on cash receipts and expenditures as well as accounts receivable and payable
- Documents profit and loss through trial balance in well organized computer files
- Generates cash flow forecasts for submission to the management team
- Calculates employee wages from contract rates and time cards in order to prepare wage payments
- Manages customer-billing statements
- Customer Service Representative

Core services: Interacting with customers by telephone or in person, providing information on products and services, and resolving complaints. The Customer Service Representative:
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
- Solicits sale of new or additional services or products
- Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints and comments, and as actions taken
- Determines charges for services requested, collects deposits or payments and/or arranges for billing
- Completes contract forms, prepares change of address records and issues service discontinuance orders
- Is proficient in all forms of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker

Core services: Landscaping and maintaining grounds of property using hand tools or power equipment. The Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker:
- Performs a variety of tasks, which may include laying sod, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking
- Gathers and remove litter
- Hauls or spreads topsoil, spreads straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place
- Prunes and trims trees, shrubs and hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws
- Rakes, mulches and composts leaves
- Trims and picks flowers, cleans flowerbeds
- Maintains and repairs tools, equipment and structures such as buildings and fences, using hand and power tools
- Provides upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, fountains, planters and other grounds features
